There is a $5.00 course fee to cover the cost of getting photographs printed each week at Costco. At the end of each week, students will email Carrie any five photographs that they want printed. The five photographs will be 4x6. Prior to our Intersession exhibition, students will choose 2 of their best photographs to be printed in a large format, 8x10. These will be mounted on matte board and can be taken home after the exhibition.

Course requirements:
Each student will build an online photography portfolio via blogspot. Students will upload photographs that have been downloaded from their digital camera onto their S drive. Photographs need to be posted from each off site photography shoot. When posting your photos, please include in the title the location and date of the photo shoot.

Students will focus their photographs according to these four categories: People, Places, Landscapes, and Things/Objects.

At the end of each week, students must complete the following assignments:
1. You will need to choose your best photographs from each of the 4 categories and post these as "Photos of the Week".
2. Each student will also free write (by hand or in Word) about one of their photographs that was submitted to be printed.
3. Post comments on other students photographs by viewing their blogs.

4. Post photos from EACH off site location with location and date in blog title.

5. Email Carrie 5 pictures to be printed. Carrie will notify you of the specific date each week that these will need to be received by.
